Microtune is headquartered in Plano, TX, a northern suburb of Dallas in the heart of the region's high-technology corridor. The Microtune Corporate Center houses our executive, financial, administrative, sales and marketing functions. With extensive labs, test and manufacturing facilities, it also supports one of our major RF Centers for Excellence, which is engaged in the design and production of our silicon products, systems applications and customer support.

Centers for Excellence are also located in Ingolstadt, Germany, Shanghai, China, Plantation, Florida, Boulder, Colorado, and San Jose, California.

Located in the heart of Bavaria in Southern Germany, Microtune-Ingolstadt serves as the world headquarters of our automotive business and is an important extension of our broadband communications/consumer electronics activity. Microtune-Ingolstadt operates as the European headquarters with administrative, product marketing, product development and engineering functions. With its Inside Sales/Customer Service group, which is part of the Microtune's worldwide Sales operation, it provides the hub for sales and technical support for European customers.

Located in one of China's most cosmopolitan and culturally rich cities, Microtune in Shanghai is the design center for our best-in-class demodulator products. It supports product marketing, product development, and engineering functions. As a key extension of our digital television business, it develops a range of silicon demodulator ICs to meet varying customers needs as part of the worldwide transition from analog to digital transmission.
